By using the Studio 143 website, booking classes, or purchasing services, you agree to our studio policies. Class reservations, cancellations, refunds, and class credits are subject to Studio 143’s policies. Bookings and payments may be processed through Mindbody and are also subject to its applicable terms and conditions.

Participation in yoga, Pilates, aerial yoga, and other fitness classes involves inherent risks. Participants are responsible for working within their own abilities and informing instructors of relevant injuries or physical limitations. A separate liability waiver may be required before participating in classes.
