Our Classes
Studio 143 offers a diverse schedule of in-studio and virtual classes designed to support strength, flexibility, focus, confidence, and overall well-being. With options for adults, teens, and children, our schedule makes it easy to try something new or deepen an existing practice.
-
Connect postures in a continuous sequence guided by the rhythm of each inhale and exhale. Vinyasa Flow builds strength, flexibility, balance, and focus while creating an energizing full-body practice.
The studio may be heated for this class.
-
Slow Flow offers a gentler approach to a traditional vinyasa practice. Class begins with centering and warm-ups before progressing through sun salutations, standing poses, core work, hip openers, gentle backbends, and a period of deep relaxation.
Postures are held slightly longer, allowing additional time to explore alignment and body awareness. Props and modifications are available to support different flexibility and experience levels.
-
Power Yoga is a vigorous, empowering practice designed to challenge the body and sharpen the mind. Students build strength, stamina, and stability through dynamic sequences, with options offered throughout class so each participant can adapt the practice to their needs.
The studio may be heated for this class.
-
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga postures with hand weights, strength training, core work, and short bursts of cardio. It is an upbeat, full-body class for anyone looking to add a new challenge to their yoga or fitness routine.
-
Yin Yoga provides a quiet complement to more active practices such as vinyasa, Power Yoga, Pilates, and barre. Supported poses are held for longer periods to gently access the joints, connective tissues, and ligaments.
This slower, inward-focused class encourages stillness, body awareness, and a greater sense of ease.
-
Yin and Flow brings together the restorative qualities of Yin Yoga and the energizing nature of a flowing yoga sequence. Class begins with longer-held poses supported by props before transitioning into standing postures and fluid sequences.
Students explore alignment, balance, and greater awareness while safely building warmth and strength.
-
SPA Yoga is a calming, floor-based slow-flow class designed to encourage deep relaxation. Restorative postures, soft lighting, soothing music, aromatherapy, optional gentle assists, and a guided meditation create an experience inspired by the peaceful atmosphere of a spa.
This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students.
-
Mindful Yoga explores alignment, physical sensation, and present-moment awareness through an accessible yoga practice. The 90-minute class is followed by an optional period of seated and walking meditation for students who would like to continue their experience.
All levels are welcome.
-
Prenatal Yoga is a gentle practice designed for pregnant and postnatal participants. Class supports strength, flexibility, relaxation, and a deeper connection with the body during pregnancy or recovery after birth.
All levels are welcome. Participants should consult their healthcare provider before beginning a prenatal or postnatal exercise program.
-
Aerial Yoga combines traditional floor-based yoga with postures supported by a soft fabric sling suspended above the floor. The silk distributes body weight differently, helping students explore familiar poses from a fresh perspective while developing strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence.
Space is limited because each participant needs an individual silk, so advance registration is strongly recommended.
Please wear leggings or comfortable long pants. Jewelry, zippers, buckles, or other items that could catch on and damage the silk should not be worn.
-
Created for children ages 8 and older, Kids’ Aerial Yoga introduces age-appropriate poses, creative activities, and playful challenges using the aerial silks. Classes help students develop coordination, strength, confidence, and body awareness in a fun, supportive setting.
Availability and age groupings may vary by session.
